Techspray's Trace Tech Pens offer precision and ease of use, making PCB repairs easier and more efficient no matter your skill level. Each pen serves a specific function such as removing conformal coatings, applying flux, removing flux and repairing electronic traces or solder resists—eliminating the need for costly equipment and reducing repair time. Their compact design ensures portability and convenience, allowing for high-quality, professional results anywhere you go. Understanding when and how to use these pens can significantly enhance the effectiveness of your repairs.
TECHSPRAY No-Clean Flux Pen
Use the Techspray No-Clean Flux Pen to prepare your surface to be soldered. Excellent for prototyping, rework, and repair and to provide extra wetting for lead-free wire solder. It achieves excellent wetting abilities and removes any oxides on the surface as well as preventing oxide formation, giving you a better and stronger solder joint.
The No Clean Flux leaves little to no flux residue and thus, does not require cleaning - however for cases where technical cleanliness is desired, cleaning is encouraged. Check out why you should clean no-clean flux!
TECHSPRAY Flux Remover Pen
Commonly used flux like rosin and water soluble flux results in ionic material being left behind, or flux residue. This flux residue can lead to corrosion of PCB, current leakage and short circuits. The residue may also interfere with conformal coating applications. .
While cleaning of PCBs is common practice, the Techspray Flux Remover Pen can help to spot treat or target missed areas during general cleaning.
TECHSPRAY Conformal Coating Remover Pen
The Techspray Conformal Coating Remover Pen immediately and accurately remove conformal coatings, including acrylic, and hard-to-remove urethane and silicone. The pen application results in accurate spot removing, giving a cleaner final product whilst still keeping the conformal coating of the surrounding components.

TECHSPRAY Conductive Pen
Use the Techspray Conductive Pen to repair or restore electrical traces on a PCB. It’s designed to create conductive paths where traces are damaged or broken, ensuring proper electrical connectivity. Apply the pen to the affected area to draw new traces or bridge gaps, and allow it to cure as per the manufacturer’s instructions to achieve reliable conductivity.
TECHSPRAY Overcoat Pen
The Techspray Overcoat Pen applies a green protective layer over newly repaired areas or existing traces. This green overcoat helps enhance the durability of the repair by providing an additional layer of protection against environmental factors such as moisture, dust, and mechanical abrasion.
